Every year, AutoPacific hosts a survey through which it measures customer satisfaction. This year, there were approximately 54,000 participants who weighed in on their personal experiences with different luxury car brands. According to their responses, the Lincoln Motor Company was the overall winner, taking the prestigious title of the "Most Satisfying Premium Brand."

The purpose of the Vehicle Satisfaction Awards is to "look at the big picture," says George Peterson, the AutoPacific president. It does so by asking current luxury car owners to rate 49 attributes ranging from ride comfort to performance handling. In other words, the results of this survey are rooted in personal experience, and for the Lincoln Motor Company to have seized first place speaks to its craftsmanship and engineering. The automaker did so well in ratings, in fact, that three of its best-selling models—the Lincoln Navigator, the Lincoln MKZ, and Lincoln Continental—were named winners in their respective segments.
